The best way to find out the value of your property is to have one of our property managers come out and assess the property itself. This appraisal is completely free of charge and requires no commitments from you.

How do I move my property to GNF to manage?

How does GNF find high quality tenants?
Our aim at GNF is to find the perfect tenant for our property owners. We thoroughly check every application that we receive for your property. This includes searching for the applicant on blacklist databases, getting references from previous rentals, employers and referees. We will spend the time making sure we find the most suitable applicants so you don’t have to!

How does GNF ensure that our tenants pay rent?
At GNF we have a very strong rent arrears policy and take immediate action once a tenant falls more than 3 days behind.

How often does GNF undertake inspections
An initial inspection approximately 6-8 weeks after a tenant moves in to see how everything is going and from then routine inspections every 6 months.
