How does GNF find high quality tenants?
Our aim at GNF is to find the perfect tenant for our property owners. We thoroughly check every application that we receive for your property. How often does GNF undertake inspections
An initial inspection approximately 6-8 weeks after a tenant moves in to see how everything is going and from then routine inspections every 6 months.
